Super Duplex Steel Tubing S32750 is composed of a balanced microstructure of approximately 50% austenite and 50% ferrite. It contains chromium (24-26%), molybdenum (3-5%), nickel (6-8%), and nitrogen (0.24-0.32%), which provide superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, especially in chloride environments. The steel exhibits high mechanical strength with a tensile strength of around 800 MPa, yield strength around 550 MPa, elongation approximately 15%, and a density of 7.8 g/cm³. This composition ensures excellent toughness, corrosion resistance, and weldability.
