Rene 41’s chemical composition typically includes 18-20% chromium, 10-12% cobalt, 9-10.5% molybdenum, 3-3.3% titanium, 1.4-1.8% aluminum, trace boron (0.003-0.01%), carbon up to 0.12%, iron up to 5%, and nickel balance. This blend delivers exceptional tensile strength ranging from 1350 to 1550 N/mm² (196 to 225 ksi) and excellent creep resistance up to 550°C (1020°F). Its age-hardening capability and oxidation resistance make it suitable for dynamic, high-temperature environments, supporting mechanical stability and structural integrity under thermal stress.
