Niobium (Nb) bar are essentially 99.9% pure niobium, with trace amounts of oxygen, carbon and nitrogen. Mechanically, niobium exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, high melting point (2,477°C), and good ductility even at elevated temperatures. It also exhibits superior strength and toughness, especially under cryogenic conditions. The material is non-magnetic and highly resistant to oxidation and wear.
