Nickel Alloy 201 tubing is composed of approximately 99.0% nickel with trace elements including carbon (max 0.02%), manganese (max 0.35%), silicon (max 0.35%), copper (max 0.25%), iron (max 0.40%), and sulfur (max 0.01%). It features tensile strength around 462 MPa, yield strength approximately 148 MPa, and elongation up to 45%. The alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to reducing agents such as caustic alkalis and sulfuric acid, along with good ductility, weldability, and stability at elevated temperatures.
