Nickel Alloy 201 Stud Bolts are composed of approximately 99.0% nickel with low carbon content (max 0.02%), manganese (max 0.35%), silicon (max 0.35%), copper (max 0.25%), iron (max 0.40%), and sulfur (max 0.01%). These stud bolts possess tensile strength around 462 MPa, yield strength around 148 MPa, and elongation up to 45%. The alloy exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion in reducing and caustic environments, alongside good toughness, ductility, and weldability.
