Nickel Alloy 200 Tubing is composed primarily of about 99.0% nickel with trace elements such as carbon, manganese, silicon, iron, sulfur, and copper in small amounts. These tubes feature tensile strength of approximately 462 MPa, yield strength around 148 MPa, and elongation up to 45%. The tubing is highly resistant to corrosion in reducing and caustic environments while maintaining excellent ductility, weldability, and mechanical strength even at elevated temperatures.
