Nickel Alloy 200 Stud Bolts are composed of approximately 99.0% nickel with carbon up to 0.15%, manganese and silicon up to 0.35% each, copper up to 0.25%, and iron up to 0.40%. These stud bolts exhibit tensile strengths of about 462 MPa, yield strength around 148 MPa, and elongation up to 45%, combined with excellent weldability and toughness. Their superior resistance to corrosion by many acids and caustic media ensures long-lasting service in aggressive environments.
