Maraging Steel Sheets and Plates are ultra-high-strength materials known for their exceptional toughness, dimensional stability, and superior mechanical performance. Produced using a special alloying combination of nickel, cobalt, molybdenum, and titanium, Maraging steels achieve remarkable strength through the aging (precipitation hardening) process rather than carbon addition. Maraging Steel Sheets and Plates contain high levels of nickel along with cobalt, molybdenum, and titanium, enabling precipitation hardening during the aging process. This results in extremely high tensile and yield strength while maintaining excellent ductility and fracture toughness. Their low carbon content enhances weldability and dimensional stability, even after heat treatment.
