Maraging 250/300/350 Sheets and Plates are ultra-high-strength alloys belonging to the family of maraging steels, known for their exceptional toughness, superior strength-to-weight ratio, and excellent dimensional stability. These grades achieve their strength through a unique age-hardening process rather than carbon, resulting in outstanding ductility and crack resistance even at very high tensile strengths. Maraging 250, Maraging 300, and Maraging 350 are widely used in aerospace, defense, tooling, and high-performance engineering applications that require reliable mechanical performance under extreme conditions. Their superior hardness, weldability, and minimal distortion during heat treatment make these sheets and plates a preferred choice for precision components and critical structural applications.
Maraging 250/300/350 Sheets and Plates typically contain iron, nickel, cobalt, molybdenum, titanium, and trace alloying elements. The maraging process results in ultra-high tensile strength, increasing progressively from Grade 250 to Grade 350. These alloys exhibit exceptional fracture toughness, high yield strength, and excellent fatigue resistance, making them ideal for heavy-load and high-stress environments. They retain stability during machining and heat treatment with minimal distortion. Maraging steels also show good weldability, thermal stability, and resistance to stress corrosion cracking, ensuring outstanding performance in demanding industrial and aerospace applications.
