Inconel 625 Bars feature a chemical composition of at least 58% nickel, 20-23% chromium, 8-10% molybdenum, and 3.15-4.15% niobium plus tantalum, with minor elements including iron (max 5.0%), carbon (max 0.10%), manganese, silicon, sulfur, titanium, and aluminum in small amounts. These bars offer a tensile strength of approximately 827 MPa, yield strength near 414 MPa, and elongation around 30%. They resist pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking while maintaining mechanical integrity at elevated temperatures.
