Inconel 600 Bars are composed primarily of a nickel-chromium alloy with about 72% nickel, 14-17% chromium, 6-10% iron, and minor amounts of carbon (max 0.15%), manganese (max 1.0%), silicon (max 0.5%), copper (max 0.5%), and sulfur (max 0.015%). They offer excellent tensile strength up to approximately 655 MPa, yield strength about 310 MPa, and elongation around 40-45%. The alloy exhibits outstanding resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, retaining strength at elevated temperatures up to about 1200°F (649°C)
